 Q. What is the typical show at Hey Guys Comedy like?

 A.  Whether you've experienced live stand-up comedy or you are a first-timer, get ready for one of your most entertaining nights out ever! Watching comedians on TV or on YouTube clips is simply no substitute for the experience of live comedy and the energy a live audience brings to the show! Hey Guys Comedy works with a national booking agency to schedule some of the top nationally touring club comedians and headliners. A typical show at Hey Guys Comedy lasts between 75 and 90 minutes, and may include a "feature" comedian as well as the "headliner". Such well known acts to grace the stage at Hey Guys Comedy include Bobcat Goldthwait, Josh Blue, Don Jameison, Andy "Splitman" Gross, Emo Philips, Jimmie Walker, Dustin Diamond, Fortune Feimster, Bob Nelson, Jimmy Pardo, "Mr. Showtime" David Scott, Marc Price and Todd Bridges! Part of our mission at Hey Guys Comedy is also to help develop new comedy talent, thus our Emcee each show is often a local up-and-coming comedian who you may see at one of our Open Mic Nights or as a contestant in our Comedy Contest. No matter who takes the stage, you can be sure of a thoroughly entertaining evening that will have you ready to come back time and time again!

Q. What is the difference between GA, FOOD, and MILITARY, when I go to purchase tickets online?

 A.  A MILITARY ticket is a discounted General Admission (GA) ticket to thank those men and women who are currently serving, have been honorably discharged, or retired from our country’s Armed Services. A valid military ID or VA ID is required at the box office to redeem a MILITARY ticket purchased online.

 Q. Do I need a reservation? How do I purchase tickets?

 A.  Advance tickets for our Friday and Saturday shows are typically $5 less than at the door and can be purchased through our website at www.heyguyscomedy.com/tickets or over the phone at 1-800-514-ETIX. Tickets can also be purchased at the door (box office opens one hour before show time). For those wishing to utilize passes, including “two for ones”, we recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes before show time as we do not accept reservations and passes are redeemable based on seating availability (please note most passes are not good for “special events”). For our Open Mic Nights, Comedy Contest and other public weekday evening events, tickets are available at the door beginning one hour before show time.

 Q.  Do you have any perks for frequent visitors?

 A.  Yes! For each 10 tickets you purchase online (based on the email address you provide us when purchasing), you will receive a free pass to a future show. You don’t have to purchase all 10 at once…we’ll keep track automatically, and when you get to number 10, a free pass will be on the way in your email! No need to sign up!

We also have a “Birthday Club.” Send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your full name and birthday (month and day) and at the beginning of your birthday month, we’ll send you a pass for you and nine of your friends to enjoy a night at the club on us! (Includes admission for up to 10 to any non-Special Event show during the month of the birthday; excludes food and beverage)

 Q.  How old do you have to be to enter Hey Guys Comedy?

 A.  You have to be 18 years old to enter the club, 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages. A valid driver’s license, state ID or military ID is required. On occasion, Hey Guys Comedy offers “all ages” shows, in which the content is suitable for children and adults of all ages.  Q.  Is there a drink minimum at Hey Guys Comedy?

 A.  No. There is no drink minimum at Hey Guys Comedy. However, we do have a great selection of beers, specialty beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and food items to enhance your experience!

 Q.  What are your food and beverage options?

 A. Hey Guys Comedy offers a full bar with a large complement of liquors, beers, wines and our signature specialty cocktails, all at reasonable prices, which will be served directly to your table by our friendly staff! We highly recommend you try one of our many signature specialty cocktails, some of which have been created by our own Hey Guys Comedy owners and staff! For food, Hey Guys Comedy has partnered with FlamentCo’s The Place to offer a wide variety of hot and cold selections, from chicken wings and sliders, to nachos, salads and much, much more! Generally, “last call” for food and beverages occurs when there are approximately 20 minutes left in the show, though this can vary by show.

 Q.  What about non-alcoholic options for those of us who do not drink?

 A.  For your "Designated Driver" or others who prefer non-alcoholic beverages, we offer Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper and Lemonade, as well as an array of juices, coffee and hot chocolate. We also offer Red Bull and Sugar Free Red Bull. (We are happy to serve ice water with the purchase of another item, otherwise, bottled water is available for purchase.)

 Q. I have a large group coming to a show. Will we all be able to sit together?

 A.  Hey Guys Comedy seats on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. In order to sit together, all members of your party must be ready to be seated at the same time (you may wait in our lobby for other members of your party to arrive before being seated). This includes parties who have purchased advanced tickets. But don't worry…every seat has an unobstructed view of the stage. There simply isn't a bad seat in the house!

 Q.  Can we sit anywhere we want once we enter the club?

 A.  Audience members are seated in a manner to best enhance the overall experience for all those in attendance, considering both the quality of the show and the ability of the staff to best serve you. Typically, we seat from the front of the club to the back of the club, filling in the sides as necessary. Parties may not "reserve" seats for late arrivals, nor relocate once they have been seated. Additionally, our club is set up in a "theatre" style. Although there are tables for your convenience, we ask that these tables not be moved or pushed together.

 Q.  I heard something about a table light system at Hey Guys Comedy. What's that all about?

 A.  Our servers are ready to get you your choice of food and/or beverage as soon as you are seated, before the show even starts. To enhance your experience at Hey Guys Comedy, once the show starts, when you are ready to order another beverage or food, simply turn on your table light and a server will come running! Our servers will still check in on you from time to time, but we do try hard to minimize interruptions during the show and also want to provide you the most prompt service we can!

 Q.  What credit cards do you accept?

 A.  Hey Guys Comedy accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners' Club.
